The Passive Fire Project Manager will:
- Oversee projects, ensuring full compliance is met throughout the site
- Lead teams of site operatives
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Ensure the project meets plan and budget requirements
As the Passive Fire Project Manager, you will need:
- Experience as a Project Manager in a large capacity
- To be able to read drawings and manage resources
- Knowledge of building regulations, golden thread, BS 9999, BS 476
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ L6, IFE Level 3 and SMSTS
