  • Pro-actively keep up to date with parcel industry and market trends and best practices as well as Company products & services.
  • Use sound analytical skills and proven research methodology to identify and develop new business opportunities in the parcels sector successfully.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
  • Deliver a key contribution to driving business growth and success through winning new business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new customers and stakeholders.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the courier or parcels delivery industry.
  • Strong understanding of parcels logistics operations, supply chain solutions, and parcels logistics trends.
  • Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to close high-value deals, build lasting client relationships and exceed new business targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
