As the Senior Business Partner for Fleet & Projects, you'll manage P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow, while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. You'll play a key role in delivering timely insights, cost management, and governance.

Description

  • Own the P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow for Fleet and Projects.
  • Maintain quality reporting and regular reforecasting.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver on cost, service, and environmental improvements.
  • Supervise a Finance PQ and support the Finance Manager.
  • Manage Fleet-related financial reporting and risk mitigation (e.g., fuel price changes).
  • Present at monthly OMR review meetings with Sky.
  • Oversee finance for large projects and contract change notes (CCNs).
  • Ensure project processes and governance are adhered to, from budget approvals to BAU handover.

Profile

  • Qualified accountant (minimum 2 years of experience).
  • Strong commercial and operational experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proactive in managing risks and identifying opportunities.
  • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience in the Fleet industry is a plus.
