As our next Manufacturing & Operations Manager / Business Transformation Coach, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless delivery of contracts and projects for our UK manufacturing clients. Your mission will be to help our clients' businesses thrive by identifying and driving opportunities for growth and transformation.

You’ll collaborate closely with a team of leaders across various roles, overseeing the deployment of project teams and engaging directly with clients to ensure progress. In this role, you will drive governance, manage project workflows and teams, and spearhead cultural initiatives that deliver meaningful transformation and operational success.

You are interpersonal, astute, and savvy, and you would thrive at the heart of a business that drives change and transformation within the manufacturing sector. You listen first, considering the bigger picture before acting rather than pushing your agenda.

This role is crucial in achieving growth objectives for a business that values integrity, inspiration, and purpose. It presents a unique opportunity to influence and impact the UK’s manufacturing industry.

Key Requirements / Must haves:

  • Proven experience leading a manufacturing operations function
  • Knowledge and experience in using and implementing lean tools, CI methodologies, initiatives and strategies
  • Expertise in leading and managing teams within operational delivery.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of how businesses (ideally manufacturing businesses) operate and succeed
