Description
The role of Warehouse Team Leader in Birmingham will involve:
- Working hours (Week 1) - Monday to Thursday 05:45 - 18:00.
- Working hours (Week 2) - Tuesday to Friday 17:45 - 06:00.
- Leading and managing a team of operational colleagues.
- Overseeing operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Regular and effective communication with the customer.
- Implementing process improvements within the department.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinating with other departments to optimise operations and procedures.
- Monitoring and reporting on team performance.
- Handling any escalated customer service issues.
Profile
A successful Warehouse Team Leader should have:
- A proven track record in a leadership role within a warehouse environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
- The ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
