- Investigate and manage property damage claims, including fire, flood, escape of water, subsidence, and storm-related losses.
- Conduct site visits across North London and surrounding areas, assessing damage and determining policy coverage.
- Handle claims from first notification through to settlement, negotiation, and resolution.
- Liaise with insurers, brokers, policyholders, and contractors, ensuring efficient and fair claim outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance to clients and contribute to continuous improvement in claims handling.
- A field-based role with flexibility, allowing you to manage your own diary.
- Exposure to a varied portfolio of property claims, both domestic and commercial.

- CILA qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential.
