Motor Claims Team Leader - (Liability claims) - Fully Remote - £20 to £22 per hour + holiday pay
We are looking a Motor Claims Team Leader to join a rapidly growing business within their claims handling team.
The role will be 100% remote and will initially be for a period of 3 Months with the opportunity for extension at the end or even possibility to move permanently within the business.
The hourly rate on offer for this role will be £20 - £22 per hour, dependant on experience.
Required experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in general liability claims
- A background working in Liability Claims team or working within the Loss Adjusting/ Legal field managing Liability claims
- 3+ years of management experience with a preference for experience managing in a remote environment
Duties
- Manage the day to day operations of a team of motor adjusters managing a mix of accounts
- Looking after your own caseload and overseeing larger losses and contentious cases
- Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling
- Monitor and analyse claims data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement
- Serve as a resource for escalated claims
