Think Recruitment are looking for an experienced Repairs Supervisor based in the Birmingham area.

Our client who is a well know Housing Association, is looking to expand the team with an experienced Supervisor to liaise with the operatives onsite carrying out trades such as Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting and Electrical Maintenance. Ideally you will have carried out a similar role previously within the Social Housing sector.

You will be required to travel to multiple sites, and make sure all projects are running smoothly and everything is going as planned.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide supervisory, practical, and technical support to a multi-skill team to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively, co-ordinating staff resource, resolving first line management issues and escalating complex management issues to the Service Manager as required.
