Job Description

Excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to join an award-winning Microsoft Partner and become the main point of contact for their clients, demonstrating your knowledge of Dynamics 365 relative to project content and progress to ensure great customer experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for clients, demonstrating your knowledge of Dynamics to provide details surrounding project content, progress and direction.
  • Collaborate with Project Lead by planning, resourcing and delivery projects, Making sure that stakeholders are committed to the plans set out.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring resource and budget are adhered to.
  • Provide updates to Project Lead and customers throughout project lifecycle.
  • Exceptional record keeping and time management.
  • Work closely with Project Lead to prevent potential deviations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and people management skills are required to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailed at knowledge of I.T solutions.
  • Negotiation skills to help maximise resources in order to achieve goals.
