Administrators are often overlooked and undervalued but that's not the ethos here.  HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:You’ll need 3+ years experience as an administrator in a financial planning practice (IFA or restricted).You’ll learn from day one and they’ll always offer progression, but you’ll also be happy in the role for 18-24 months and won’t want to become a financial planner.Ideally you’ll have experience of working on a remote basis. Working on a remote basis is a challenge, so consciousness and self-starting qualities are needed.You’ll also see your career as more than just a job.
