About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insolvency Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in insolvency to work within a supportive environment and gain exposure to a variety of cases, including Liquidations, Administrations, and Voluntary Arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the management of insolvency cases from cradle to grave, including CVLs, MVLs, ADMs, and IVAs.

  • Drafting and preparing statutory reports, notices, and correspondence with creditors and other stakeholders.

  • Assisting with case investigations, including asset realisation, creditor claims, and financial analysis.

  • Communicating with directors, creditors, and other professionals in a professional and timely manner.

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant insolvency legislation and regulatory requirements.

  • Attending and preparing documentation for meetings, including creditors' meetings and decision procedures.

  • Maintaining accurate case records and updating internal systems.

  • Supporting senior team members with complex cases and tasks as required.

Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an insolvency role (1+ years preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of insolvency procedures and relevant legislation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in using insolvency software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • CPI qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential.
