The role requires an organised individual with experience in complex diary management to ensure the day runs smoothly but also supporting with general administration amongst other exciting aspects that come as working as a PA. Based in a beautiful part of Birmingham with excellent transport links, this role has the potential to increase your career opportunities and gives the chance to be involved with a range of on-site activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of complex diaries
  • Management and processing of confidential financial information
  • Preparation of documents and files for meetings, presentations & briefings
  • Management of inbox making confident decisions on behalf of senior team when necessary
  • Provision of providing flexible cover in office when needed.
  • Arrangement of high-profile events and for a range of different departments
  • Arranging travel across the UK and overseas
  • Liaising with staff, external suppliers, and clients.
  • Being the gatekeeper and point of contact for directors.
  • Taking minutes during meetings.

Requirements

  • PA experience preferable
  • Organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative skills
  • Able to work efficiently & effectively in a large organisation.
  • Excellent people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
