We are looking for a talented PA & Office Manager to work at a lovely well-established company in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. This role will be providing support for both the directors and employees daily basis. This role requires someone who is organised not objecting to take on a varied high performing role while additionally dealing with sensitive business information relating to finances and personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Managing directors’ diaries and appointments including monitoring and filing.

Responsibility managing petty cash and all utilities.

Answering calls including directing calls and taking messages.

Greeting all visitors who arrive to offices.

General daily office management including recording minutes for office management, finance reporting at management meetings. Issuing agendas and compiling reports.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience as a receptionist/Customer facing role

Organisational Skills

Experienced knowledge using Microsoft Office
