Team Assistant/Personal Assistant

Our client, a highly respected and well-known brand, is seeking a motivated and professional Team Assistant/Personal Assistant to join their commercial department for an 8-month maternity cover contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a hybrid work arrangement.Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage and coordinate diaries for team members, including scheduling professional engagements.
  • Prepare detailed documentation and agendas ahead of meetings.
  • Handle and prioritize communications on behalf of Directors.
  • Arrange and manage all travel and accommodation requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and Directors.
  • Organize and maintain team files, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.
  • Assist in coordinating team events, meetings, and projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
Essential Skillset:
  • Demonstrated experience in a Team Assistant and/or Personal Assistant role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
Package:
  • 6-Month Maternity Contract.
  • £165 - £185 per day (umbrella).
  • Monday – Thursday, 9am – 5pm / Friday, 9am – 4pm.
  • Hybrid working model: 3 days at home, 2 days in the office.
  • Snow Hill, Birmingham.
