- Efficiently manage and coordinate diaries for team members, including scheduling professional engagements.
- Prepare detailed documentation and agendas ahead of meetings.
- Handle and prioritize communications on behalf of Directors.
- Arrange and manage all travel and accommodation requirements.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and Directors.
- Organize and maintain team files, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.
- Assist in coordinating team events, meetings, and projects, ensuring seamless execution.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in a Team Assistant and/or Personal Assistant role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
- 6-Month Maternity Contract.
- £165 - £185 per day (umbrella).
- Monday – Thursday, 9am – 5pm / Friday, 9am – 4pm.
- Hybrid working model: 3 days at home, 2 days in the office.
