The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Engineering Manager in leading the Senior Engineers & driving the engineering strategy across the site.

Description
- Support the Engineering Manager in the day-to-day operations of the department.
- Assist in developing and implementing engineering strategies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Monitor and maintain all engineering equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Implement safety measures and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Oversee troubleshooting and repairs to resolve equipment issues.
- Participate in budgeting and cost estimation for engineering projects.

Profile
You will be an experienced Engineering Team Lead/Senior Engineer/Assistant Engineering Manager, that's looking for that next step in their career, as well as:
- A recognised Engineering qualification (Minimum Level 3)
- Proven experience in an engineering management or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of engineering procedures and principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative work style.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job Offer
- Up to 55,000/Annum
- Company pension scheme, with the company currently contributing 5%
