A unique opportunity, this position calls for a detail-orientated Project and Operations Manager who is aufait in all areas of operations and has a strong understanding of training, development, and customer service.

Project and Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Encourage a culture of learning and high performance by promoting the importance of training and overseeing the management of the administration team
- Work in collaboration with the training administration team to ensure all training KPIs and SLAs are met
- Collate training-related data to gather insights on training performance, occupancy rates and profitability
- Review training resources, ensuring resources are up-to-date, in line with regulations and comply with accredited training providers
- Partner with the Operations Director, play an important role in leading transformation projects that touch all departments, ensuring that change is managed across the board and has buy-in from teams
- Take ownership of setting up and building an efficient customer service team
- Develop effective customer service strategies and establish service level agreements for the customer service team to adhere to
- Oversee the newly established customer service team, monitoring, performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring high-quality customer service is delivered
Project and Operations Manager Skills and Experience:
- A confident and capable Project Manager who enjoys a varied role, where no two days are the same
- Demonstrates unrivalled leadership and management skills, confident in motivating and managing a team
- Possesses excellent project management skills, understands the methodology behind projects and is capable of planning and overseeing projects from conception through to completion
- A project management qualification such as Prince2 would be a distinct advantage
- Detail-orientated, able to monitor and analyse data to inform future decisions
- Superb organisation and time management skills, able to prioritise, delegate and meet deadlines
- Strong IT skills with particular knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
- Skilled communicator, able to confidently liaise at all levels and build trust
