In this position, you will undertake full property and facilities management duties across the West Midlands region. Your role will include delivering soft and hard facilities management, building management and overseeing regulatory compliance across the portfolio.Â

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a close-knit, friendly team who work closely together to deliver fantastic service. This will be a home-based role, with travel involved to sites as required, encouraging flexibility and autonomy.

The ideal candidate will have a full professional understanding of facilities management best practice, have experience of delivering soft and hard facilities management and posses an up to date knowledge of regulatory building compliance.Â
