About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established Civils Contractor on a contract basis in Birmingham. This role offers the opportunity to manage diverse civil engineering and groundworks projects, ensuring smooth on-site operations, health & safety compliance, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all on-site activities for civil engineering and groundworks projects.

Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations (SMSTS/SSSTS required).

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow.

Monitor project progress, manage site teams, and resolve any on-site issues.

Conduct regular site meetings and report to senior management.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in civils, infrastructure, or groundworks.

SMSTS/SSSTS & CSCS Card (Essential).

Strong leadership & problem-solving skills with excellent communication.

Ability to manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites in and around Birmingham.
