About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data and CRM Lead to oversee the implementation, optimization, and management of our CRM system (Zoho), streamline data processes, and ensure best practices across our organization. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the BI Lead and key stakeholders to improve data insights, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
As the go-to expert for data analysis, insights, and CRM strategy, you'll help us adopt new systems, automate processes, and make data-driven decisions that improve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Leadership & Strategy: Oversee the adoption, optimization, and best practice use of our CRM system (Zoho) to streamline data input, improve automation, and enhance usability.
Data Analysis & Insights: Provide actionable insights and research to support organizational decisions, addressing issues like data misuse and improving data integrity.
Automation & Efficiency: Implement solutions to automate repetitive tasks, streamline data workflows, and integrate AI tools (e.g., co-pilot) where appropriate.
Documentation & Best Practice: Develop and maintain documentation for CRM and data processes, teaching best practices to ensure consistency across the organization.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key accounts and stakeholders, building strong relationships to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Custom Solutions: Design and implement bespoke, scalable solutions to meet unique business requirements while addressing existing inefficiencies.
Team Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and consult with a small team, ensuring alignment on priorities and delivering measurable improvements in data practices.
Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in a similar role, such as CRM Manager, Data Lead, or BI Consultant, with a focus on optimizing data systems and delivering insights.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred), data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau), and light programming for automation.
Process Improvement: Strong background in data streamlining, automation, and process optimization.
AI Exposure: Experience incorporating AI tools to improve workflows and insights is a bonus.
Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult, lead, and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Resourceful and solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to addressing inefficiencies and improving data usability.
What We Offer
Competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
