CRM Systems Manager
Location: Hybrid (2 days a week in Birmingham office)
Role Overview
A key player in a growing team, this role will focus on optimising CRM processes and supporting a transition to a more efficient data environment. You’ll have the opportunity to drive improvements within a major CRM system, leveraging insights to enhance business processes and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
Restructure and streamline data systems for better efficiency.
Identify automation opportunities to enhance data management and CRM processes.
Work with AI and other tools to optimise workflows.
Ensure data integrity and assist in creating best practice documentation.
Analyse data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Automate repetitive tasks and develop tailored CRM solutions to support different business needs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve CRM usage and drive adoption.
Key Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in CRM management and data analysis.
Strong experience with CRM systems, with a preference for Zoho CRM.
Familiarity with programming tools (Deluge, SQL) and AI for workflow optimisation.
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Additional Information
