Are you an experienced Dry lining Site Manager,  We're looking for a dedicated individual to oversee dry lining installations on exciting construction projects. If you're a strong leader with a solid background in dry lining, we want to hear from you!

We are recruiting for a long term freelance manager for a number of projects in and around Birmingham City Centre. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the installation of dry lining systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate dry lining teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining high standards.
  • Health & Safety: Conduct risk assessments and ensure full compliance with health and safety guidelines.
  • Quality Control: Regularly inspect work to ensure it meets industry standards and resolve any quality issues.
  • Material Management: Oversee the ordering, delivery, and storage of materials to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Communication: Provide progress updates to stakeholders and work with other construction teams for seamless coordination.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in dry lining or construction management, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Certifications: CSCS card, SMSTS, and relevant health and safety qualifications.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
