Role - Facilities Manager
Location- Kings Norton - 5 days per week on site
3 Month Initial Contract- 250 per day PAYE Inside IR35
Your role as a Facilities Manager:
This is an urgent requirement for a Facilities Manager to be based at Kings Norton in Birmingham.
The Kings Norton site is one of our clients smaller facilities and is where some of their healthcare Clients are housed. Consequently, the warehouse is temperature controlled, so experience in this environment and/or systems, as well as good all round FM experience would be really advantageous but not compulsory.
Your duties and responsibilities as a Facilities Manager:
- Ensure all PPM's and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out by suitable subcontractors within strict timeframes
- Manage subcontractors- regularly monitoring SLA's and KPI's.
- Ensure the site is compliant with all Health & Safety
- Be an all rounder and happy to turn your hand to various tasks to support the Head of FM and ensure the site can run efficiently
To be successful in your role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Ability to be an all rounder and support various FM tasks to ensure the site runs smoothly
- Experience in managing subcontractors
- Able to start within 1-2 weeks
