What Evolve can offer you:

Pay from£13.00 - £16.00per hour

Holiday pay is accumulated on top of your hourly rate. The more you work, the more holiday you accrue, and you can take it whenever you wish.

Working from different locations in and around Birmingham

Monday- Sunday - Flexible hours

EXPERIENCE

Hospitality, events, banqueting, restaurant or bar service, catering, retail or similar experience

Proven record of managing individuals and teams

Ability to perform well under pressure

Good organisational skills

Able to train staff

Confidence to brief staff and recognise training needs

Able to organise more than one operational area at a time

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Good customer service skills, technical skills and attention to detail

Able to work on your own initiative and motivate others

Demonstrate awareness of a wide variety of professional practices

Ability to problem solve

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Able to organise aspects of service and relay information to the kitchen and associated staff

Ability to organise and deliver training

Wine and bar service skills

Work in an organised manner

To work as an effective team member under pressure and to deadlines

Up to date skills knowledge

Able to promote food and drinks as required
