CRGs specialist manufacturing division are searching for aProduction Planner Managerto join our established manufacturing client, who are part of a large group, based in the Birmingham.
Salary up to £47K per annum, depending upon experience.
Some of the key responsibilities:
- Communicate with production team to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
- Host demand planning and labour capacity assessments.
- Prepare and organise production paperwork.
- Hold daily shortage meetings with supervisors.
- Push continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on LEAN methodology.
- Monitor and report on KPIs for management review.
Ideal candidate:
- Advanced skills in Excel, as the planning is done on Excel.
- Previous experience in production planning and capacity planning is essential.
- Strong data and time management capabilities.
