- The ideal Site Manager will have previous experience in a delivery position from planning to site completion.

Responsibilities

Liaising with various office departments in terms of reporting their build progress, health and safety, materials, drawings and sub-contractors.

Supervising and motivating their sub-contractors and internal site team.

Ensuring that the site is managed safely and meets all Health and Safety regulations.

Maintaining build quality on site
Requirements
- UK Main Contractor experience (Essential)
- A proven track record in delivering multi-million pounds projects would be advantageous
- Multi Storey experience
- Internals experience preferred
