Job Brief
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a major high-rise construction project. You will be responsible for ensuring site safety, managing subcontractors and trades, maintaining schedule milestones, and delivering quality outcomes on a busy, fast-paced site.
This role is critical to the success of the project, requiring hands-on leadership, solid construction knowledge, and the ability to drive productivity while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on-site.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Monitor progress against program, report delays, and work with the Project Manager to maintain timelines.

Conduct daily site briefings, toolbox talks, and safety inspections.

Review construction drawings and ensure works are completed as per approved designs.

Liaise with consultants, inspectors, and internal teams to resolve site issues quickly.

Maintain site records including daily diaries, delivery dockets, permits, and safety documentation.

Drive a culture of accountability, quality, and teamwork on-site.
Requirements

Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor, with at least 2 years on high-rise projects.

Trade qualification or degree in Construction Management or related field.

Solid understanding of structural, services, and finishing trades in high-rise construction.

Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and QA/QC procedures.

Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple subcontractors.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Competent in reading construction drawings and using site management tools/software.
Desirable
-
First Aid, White Card, and Site Safety Supervisor training.

Experience with digital site management tools (e.g., Procore, Aconex, HammerTech).

Crane/lifting coordination experience.

Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
