Site Manager - Facades

Anderselite are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in facades to oversee the delivery of high-quality façade installations on projects in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing external envelope works, including cladding, curtain walling, rainscreen systems, and other façade elements, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring façade works are completed safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain smooth workflow and adherence to programme schedules.
- Monitor quality control and compliance with design specifications, building regulations, and health & safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings, addressing any issues promptly.
- Work closely with the project management team to track progress, report on key milestones, and manage risks.
- Ensure all site documentation, including RAMS, permits, and progress reports, are up to date.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in site management within the façade, cladding, or curtain walling industry.
- Strong understanding of façade systems, construction methods, and building regulations.
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid at Work certification.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, or high-rise façade projects is advantageous.
