A Site Manager is urgently needed to oversee a large Social Housing EWI/Cladding contract in Coventry.
The role involves managing internal and external works on low-rise occupied housing, focusing on upgrades to windows, doors, EWI, and roofing.
Candidates should have experience in a decent homes background or similar and must be able to work well under pressure in occupied housing.
EWI/Cladding experience is preferred, and the position offers a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right individual.
Required qualifications include SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid, and a CSCS card, with a competitive salary based on experience.

Site Manager required immediately to oversee a large Social Housing EWI/CLADDING Contract in Coventry

Managing a section of internal/external works on low rise occupied housing, the ideal candidate will be monitoring a EWI and Cladding Programme on behalf of the client, work will consist of upgrades on windows/doors, EWI and roofing works

The ideal candidate would be from a decent homes background or similar and be able to work well under pressure and within occupied housing, having EWI/Cladding experience would be an advantage, this is an opportunity to go temp-perm for the right individual

SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid and CSCS card required
