We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of interior design and fit-out projects. The Site Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves supervising site teams, managing subcontractors, coordinating with clients, and maintaining health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensure work complies with design specifications, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients, designers, and project managers to address issues and updates.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Experience in site management, preferably within the interiors or construction industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality control standards.
