The Opportunity:
A well-respected consultancy, specialising in high-security construction projects, is seeking a Site Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage complex, high-value projects in sensitive environments across the UK. The role offers excellent progression potential and a package that includes a company car and a salary of up to 50k.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Site Manager, lead and manage multiple high-security construction projects from start to finish.
- As a Site Manager, act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- As a Site Manager, develop and implement detailed project plans, including budgets and schedules.
- As a Site Manager, ensure compliance with security requirements, health and safety protocols, and industry regulations.
- As a Site Manager, identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
- As a Site Manager, prepare progress reports and present them to clients and senior management teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- As a Site Manager, you will have proven experience as a Construction Site Manager, preferably within high-security or similarly regulated sectors.
- As a Site Manager, you will have strong knowledge of construction site management methodologies and tools.
- As a Site Manager, you will have the willingness to travel across the UK as required by project needs.
