Salary: £22 per hour (CIS direct) or £45,000 per annum (PAYE) + Car Allowance

Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a large-scale residential project. The successful candidate will oversee drylining, drywall, suspended ceilings, and partitions on this £10 million project. This role offers the opportunity to work on multi-million-pound projects, with a focus on delivering quality and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day operations on a large residential project.
Supervise and lead teams on site, ensuring work is completed on time and to specification.
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Review and approve project plans, budgets, and schedules.
Liaise with clients, and project teams to provide updates and resolve issues.
Ensure the project meets quality standards and adheres to the expected timelines.
Monitor progress on-site and provide regular updates to senior management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Site Management, ideally within the drylining or related construction sectors (such as suspended ceilings or partitions).
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of site operations, health and safety protocols, and project management.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth project execution.
