Our client is a leading engineering consultancy business, who are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Building Services Engineer with a mechanical bias to join their team and support on a variety of projects for West Midlands Police.
This role involves managing building and system modifications arising from our estates strategy, overseeing routine maintenance activities provided by our contractors, and ensuring the provision of independent utilities on a previously shared site. You will be responsible for delivering a new boiler house on a different site, migrating BMS systems to newer technology, and implementing a separator maintenance strategy. Additionally, you will assist with the refurbishment of existing building stock, putting together designs for mechanical works, meeting with contractors, and signing off at the end of projects.
