Field Service Engineer -plant Equipment - MIDLANDS OR SOUTHWEST

DUTIES

  • Site diagnostics of customer equipment (machine plant, generators, construction plant, Industrial plant, agricultural equipment, diesel engines, hydraulics etc)
  • Build and document knowledge about the customer company and its technical operations
  • Feedback any important customer information to the company
  • To promote aftermarket products and services to the customer
  • To react to any customer needs quickly, effectively and efficiently
  • To carry out repairs to the highest standard to provide a "First Time Fix" to the customer
  • When on site represent the company in all aspects.

PERSON

  • Some for of qualifications in plant engineering, servicing and maintenance. Candidates to be within 30 minutes travel from home to the territory/depot of the vacancy.
  • Remote working roles need to be technical specialists with industry experience to be able to work remotely independently and competently
  • Clean driving licence and good driving record
  • Proof of right to work in the UK
  • Drive and determination to get things done, make things happen and continually looking for better ways of doing things
