Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to join our maintenance team for social housing contracts.
This is a permanent position based in Birmingham with a salary range of £30,000 to £40,000 depending on skills and qualifications.
The role requires a full domestic ACS certification and a clean UK driving license, along with the ability to provide out-of-hours cover on a rota basis.

The working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with overtime opportunities available.

We are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to join the maintenance team within a leading contractor on social housing contracts. This is a permanent vacancy, offering £30,000 - £40,000, van + fuel card supplied, various discounts, schemes and bonuses, uniform and mobile phone provided, along with a full in-depth induction process. The Gas Engineer role is:

Birmingham based
£32,000 to £40,000, dependant on skill set and qualifications
Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, overtime available

The successful Gas Engineer will be expected to carry out:

Service and maintenance works on variety of domestic properties
Work in accordance with Health & Safety and Gas Safety Regulations, ensuring Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records are adhered to during your daily work
Works on Social Housing contracts
