*Identify technical issues and provide solutions as the first level of escalation after the call centre and service partners.
*Provide on-site field support.
*Provide support with commissioning on site
*Support customers during the pre commissioning site visit
THE PERSON - Heat Pump Technical Support Engineer
* We're seeking an engineer with a strong working knowledge of Air Source Heat Pumps, principally into the domestic and residential sectors.
* Previous experience could include install or service engineer
* Comfortable in spending part of the week working from home.
