About You
- Proven experience in UK healthcare projects, including hospital design.
- A degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it).
- Strong skills in Revit/BIM 360 and digital design tools.
- A passion for innovation, sustainability, and smart design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a drive for technical excellence.
- The ability to lead projects and inspire confidence across teams.
What your New Role will look like:
As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in growing the UK Healthcare Team. You will collaborate with a talented team on projects across London, the South East, and beyond, delivering technical excellence while building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with MEP and structural engineers on complex projects.
- Elevate the reputation of our UK Healthcare Team.
- Develop and oversee mechanical design concepts and philosophies.
- Represent our client in project meetings with clients and collaborators.
- Lead detailed design work, mentoring graduate engineers and apprentices.
- Utilize industry-standard software (Hevacomp, MagiCad, IES, Revit, etc.).
- Champion sustainable, low-carbon, and innovative design solutions.
- Manage projects, coordinate resources, and drive excellence in MEP engineering.
