About You

  • Proven experience in UK healthcare projects, including hospital design.
  • A degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it).
  • Strong skills in Revit/BIM 360 and digital design tools.
  • A passion for innovation, sustainability, and smart design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a drive for technical excellence.
  • The ability to lead projects and inspire confidence across teams.

What your New Role will look like:

As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in growing the UK Healthcare Team. You will collaborate with a talented team on projects across London, the South East, and beyond, delivering technical excellence while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with MEP and structural engineers on complex projects.
  • Elevate the reputation of our UK Healthcare Team.
  • Develop and oversee mechanical design concepts and philosophies.
  • Represent our client in project meetings with clients and collaborators.
  • Lead detailed design work, mentoring graduate engineers and apprentices.
  • Utilize industry-standard software (Hevacomp, MagiCad, IES, Revit, etc.).
  • Champion sustainable, low-carbon, and innovative design solutions.
  • Manage projects, coordinate resources, and drive excellence in MEP engineering.
