About the Role:
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Legal E-Biller to join their dynamic finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in legal billing and e-billing systems to play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end e-billing process, ensuring compliance with client billing guidelines.
- Submit invoices through various e-billing platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve e-billing rejections, discrepancies, and client queries.
- Liaise with partners, fee earners, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Maintain and update billing rates, matter setups, and billing instructions.
- Generate financial reports and support audits as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in legal e-billing within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in e-billing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of VAT, tax regulations, and compliance in billing.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
