We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Client Accountant to join our client based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in managing our client's finances and will be proficient in handling a broad spectrum of accounting tasks. This role is temporary to permanent and you must be available to start at short notice.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all individual client accounting requirements, including but not limited to invoicing, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Compile and scrutinise financial reports, identifying discrepancies that need attention from the senior management.
- Monitor the company's financial status and performance to unearth potential areas of improvement.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for all assigned clients.
- Serve as a mediator between clients and our internal teams to ensure a mutual understanding of financial reports and data.
- Be the primary point of contact for financial queries from assigned clients.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of client needs and strive to nurture long-lasting client relationships.
