Role: Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support our client's CEO and the wider C-suite. The ideal candidate will be a professional with a strong background in working as a Personal Assistant and capable of handling a variety of tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
- Manage the CEO's and C-suite executives' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, C-suite, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Perform general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant/PA
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
