  • To be a responsible point of contact for large customer accounts to pick up any queries, issues, amendments and to ensure the smooth running of the account
  • To work to agreed customer SLA’s
  • To upsell other areas of the business to maximise the growth of your customer accounts
  • Preparing quotations (training will be provided in line with the companies services)
  • Ensuring there is clear communication between other internal teams
  • To always have a clear understanding of the clients requirements
  • Problem solving any complaints and seeing it through to resolution
