A successful and established Fire & Security company is looking for an Account Manager to join the sales and account management team, covering the Midlands. Along with a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, you will also receive uncapped commission, an annual bonus, a 9-day working fortnight, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing to 35 days with service), access to the number 1 rated benefits programme, death in service insurance, recognition awards, an EV/Hybrid company car scheme and a company laptop & phone. Reporting directly to the Group Sales Director, the role is to develop, manage & convert on your own sales pipeline. Working within unrestricted area’s/industries, the position requires a high level of self-motivation, exceptional organisational and communication skills.What you’ll do as Account Manager:
  • Research and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, previous relationships and digital marketing e?orts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and introduce new fire and security solutions in line with strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the e?ectiveness of your business development. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes for senior management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client issues and providing an exceptional service.
  • Complete site surveys to design fire and security systems utilising the SaaS based business management system.
