Duties will include:

Market Research & Analysis: Research and analyse market trends, customerneeds,andcompetitivelandscapetoidentifynewbusinessopportunities.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Generate leads throughnetworking, referrals, previous relationships and digital marketing e?orts.

Product&ServiceDevelopment:Collaborate with sales team to design andintroducenewfireandsecuritysolutionsin linewithourstrategy.

Compliance & Risk Management: Stay informed about industry regulations,standards,andbestpracticestoensurecompliance.

Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) tomeasurethee?ectivenessofyourbusinessdevelopment.Prepareregularreportson business development activities, progress, and outcomes for seniormanagement.

CustomerSatisfaction&Retention:Ensurehighlevelsofcustomersatisfactionbyaddressingclientissuesandproviding anexceptionalservice.

Design & Quotations: Complete site surveys to design fire and security systemsutilising our SaaS based business management system.

The Ideal Person:

  • Driven by targets and bonus earnings
  • Decision making on margins and supplier choice
  • A confident and outgoing personality
  • Must have previous sales or account management experience with the industry
  • Has worked to KPI’s & targets previously
  • Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
  • Ability to manage their workload and keep to strict deadlines
  • A great attention to detail
  • Computer literate and numerate
