Position: Metal Finisher
Location: Birmingham
Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00 AM start, early finish on Fridays
Salary: Dependent on experience from 13.21 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, permanently employed by the business

What You'll Be Doing:
Operating and maintaining equipment on the line.
Hanging products onto jigs and fixtures.
Measuring and adding chemicals safely to process baths.
Setting and maintaining finishing processing equipment.
Inspecting products for defects and ensuring process compliance.
Performing routine preventative maintenance, including vat clean-down.
Following general housekeeping and manual handling procedures.
Carrying out any other reasonable duties as required.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in the Powder Coating, Plating, or Heat Treatment industries.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to safety and process improvement.
Team player with a can-do attitude.
