We are seeking a Gas Contract Manager for a permanent position with a housing association in Birmingham.
The role requires managing a team of Contract Delivery Surveyors and ensuring the delivery of gas compliance and repair services.
Candidates should have experience managing a gas team and be educated to HNC or equivalent technical level.
The salary for this position is competitive, with additional benefits including a company pension scheme and up to 30 days of holiday.

We are actively looking for a Gas Contract Manager to join a housing association in Birmingham on a permanent basis. To deliver the gas compliance, installation, repair services for both domestic and commercial installations for the organisation. In return you will receive flexible working.

As the Gas Contract Manager, you will be:

To manage a small, highly professional team of Contract Delivery Surveyors, with responsibility for driving their performance and development.
To drive the effective management and delivery of gas compliance, installation, repair services.
To assist in developing and reviewing relevant budgets and effective financial administration of designated contracts.

Experience and qualifications:

Experience managing a gas team
Educated to HNC or equivalent technical level or working towards
Experience of working with stakeholders, clients and contractors
