We are currently looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our clients, a specialist Mortgage Brokerage in the Birmingham area.
The position will be office-based, with a well-established and successful business, offering all leads. Our clients primarily specialise in Adverse and self-employed cases, therefore a background in these fields is preferred.
Working hours:
- Full Time
- Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm
The successful Mortgage and Protection Advisor will be offered:
- £30,000 - £40,000 Basic
- OTE £80,000 - £85,000
- Uncapped Commission Structure

Mortgage and Protection Advisor requirements:
- Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
- Ability to deal with a high volume of 1st appointments and subsequent sign-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phones promptly and professionally
- Fully CeMap qualified with mortgage broking experience
- MAQ needs to be held for 12 months minimum
