HR Business PartnerLocation: BirminghamSalary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance

The HR Business Partner will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver the people plan. Key areas will include Organizational Design, Succession and Talent Management strategies, Employee Engagement, Performance and managing change.

HR Business Partner - Responsibilities:

  • Understand the company HR strategy, plans and vision
  • Working closely management teams to implement the HR strategy and vision
  • You will be pro-active in identifying people issues and trends which affect business performance and results, and work together with your key stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions.
  • Improve efficiencies that improve business Performance and individual performance.
  • Help leaders identify and nurture great talent, create succession plans that help set employees up for success.
  • Drive organisational change by leading smooth restructures, transformations, Tupe
  • Leading on complex / high risk ER cases including tribunals
  • Build positive relationships with your managers to ensure they are pro-actively engaged with the company vision and strategy
  • Drive Employee Engagement to ensure that employees connect with and commit to the business strategy, feel valued, are inspired to perform to the best of their ability.
  • Maintaining strategic alignment between HR Services and business needs, ensuring continuous improvement.

HR Business Partner - Skills and Experience Required:

  • To be considered for this role you will ideally have a background supporting large numbers in a fact paced dynamic environment
  • Suitable potential backgrounds could be retail, manufacturing, engineering, FM, Distribution
  • Experience of managing complex Employee Relations up to and including tribunals.
  • Experience of working in a complex, commercial, multi-divisional organisation
  • Significant experience of all aspects of HR Management including resourcing, Talent Management, Succession planning, Change Management and employee relations.
  • Already have considerable experience of working at HR Business Partner level
