Regional HR Business Partner Role - growing organisation - up to £65k + CA
Birmingham base. Operational, multi-sited organisation.
Hybrid Working - 3 Days on-site ( this will include travel to other sites nationally, as well as Birmingham - managing your own diary) 2 days WFH
Reporting into the HR Director, as Regional HR Business Partner you will work with MD's and Regional Directors to understand business objectives and how this role can support from a people perspective. This includes Succession Planning, talent management, organisational design as well engagement, diversity and inclusion, and more complex ER.
As a HR Business Partner you will be experienced in partnering with Senior Stakeholders, working across the full breadth of the HR generalist remit. You will have ideally worked within Engineering, Manufacturing or Construction sectors.
