Leading on workforce planning.
Acting as an SME on skills=based organisation project.
Undertaking talent risk assessments.
Driving performance excellence.
Working with ER teams to ensure ER issues are dealt with effectively.
Monitoring performance metrics.
Employee Development and Engagement: focus on driving continuous learning and career development.

Skills required:

Previous experience partnering for a Technology division.
Commercial acumen.
Experience supporting multi-national organisations.
Demonstrable HR experience.
