We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior HR Business Partner to join our clients team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing HR strategies and partnering Exec leaders within the services industry.

Description

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process
  • Supporting business needs through the proper HR policies and procedures
  • Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
  • Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics

Profile

A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:

  • A deep understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices

Job Offer
