Job Description:Recruit UK are seeking an Office Manager to oversee and support a team in achieving shared goals that drive organizational growth. This role is ideal for a proactive, people-focused individual who can create an inspiring work environment, foster open communication, and encourage team bonding.

This is a full-time, fixed-term 12-month maternity cover position.

Duties include but won’t be limited to:

  • Provide clear direction, support, and encouragement to team members to maximize their strengths and professional growth.

  • Perform regular audits and checks to maintain high-quality, compliant admin work.
